Big Oops...

Somehow, I messed up on the whole name thing here...
Blind Buddha
seemed like enough to type in for a blog.
But, Mr. B thinks I should have added in the
GUITARS
part.
So to keep things somewhat simple...?!?!?
The BBG blog will now be over at:

see you there!

20 20 Art and Music Auction

Our very talented friend,
Rae Gordon
is having one awesome birthday party.
"Rae Gordon, a nominated local blues and gospel singer
is turning 40 in January.
She made a joke that she was turning 20/20 and when a friend told her she should have a party, she decided that rather than having a birthday party, she should do a benefit that would have an impact that lasted long after the last candle had been blown out and the last piece of cake eaten.
Remembering her own struggles with sight and sound
as a child and a family that was struggling financially,
she chose the 1190 KEX Kids Fund
as the recipient of the 20/20 Art and Music Event.
After sharing her thoughts with fellow musicians and live music fans,
she heard similar stories and in no time, had a wonderful caring blues community step forward to help.
The 1190 KEX Kids Fund, helps provide eyeglasses
and hearing aids to children whose families cannot otherwise provide them. What a better way to celebrate the gift of better sight and hearing then through Art and Music!
A $20 ticket price lets you enjoy dancing
to 3 award nominated blues bands,
dine on a scrumptious meal and bid on delightful
and experience filled silent and live auction packages."
